These terms apply to your use of www.kluzzar.com and to registrations for our early access programme. Separate platform terms will apply to the Kluzzar marketplace once it launches.

Kluzzar is currently in development. Features, pricing and launch dates described on this website are indicative and may change before public launch. A waitlist registration does not create a binding agreement.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape or misuse it.

The Kluzzar name, logo, tagline and all website content are owned by Kluzzar and may not be reproduced without written permission.

The website is provided as is. We take care to keep information accurate but accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of pre launch information.

Moroccan law applies, with the courts of Tangier having jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise. Questions can be sent to info@kluzzar.com.
